selective dissemination of information (sdi) is important in quick and update availability to information. sdi has also critical role in producing of knowledge. in this article has been explained one of the new information technology about sdi. at this survey has been explained about rss, rss feeds. rss readers (news aggregators), and also about install of feed reader (one of the rss readers). in this article i have demonstrated the application of rss in scopus (the largest abstract and citation database) and how you can subscribe to a scopus rss feed
